Lechon Manok
The roasted chicken (lechon manok) is our main product and one of the most in demand. It is injected with liquid seasoning made from secret ingredients which gives it a distinct Filipino flavour. The tenderness and juiciness of our roasted chicken always make our customers crave for more. This product is sold as a whole or half to satisfy every customer’s needs.
Lechon Liempo
The roasted pork belly (liempo) is marinated with fresh aromatic herbs and spices. It is slowly cooked to attain its desired crunchiness and crispiness
Lechon Liog ( Roasted Chicken Neck)
The roasted chicken neck or lechon liog is our "pambato sa masa”. It is our most affordable and one of our best selling products. It has a full flavor of roasted chicken, marinated in special herbs and spices, added with liquid seasoning injected into the savoury meat that will surely make you enjoy to its bits.
Pork Belly
The Pork Belly is Bunado's Lechon newest product. It is seasoned generously with fresh ingredients that can be enjoyed by at least 8 to 10 persons per order at a very reasonable price.
WHO ARE WE?
The Bunados were backyard poultry farmers way back 1990 that caters to the poultry needs of Minglanilla and Tabunok markets. At first it was lucrative business for them since they were one of the big suppliers in the community. Unluckily, contract growing by giant companies came into the picture, leaving them in a big dilemma as to where to sell their farm produce since they can't compete with the price of the contract growers.
After awhile of facing their problem, they have observed that roasted chicken became the favorite viand for both rich and poor. At that time, there were only two roasted chicken stands in Minglanilla where the customers endured long line to buy one. Due to this, they decided to venture into this business. So, on October 30,1999 the very first roasted chicken of the family dubbed as Elnora's Lechon then was opened on a rented space along the national highway of Minglanilla, Cebu. Few years after, they changed the name of Elnora's Lechon to Bunado's Lechon. From a very humble beginning, now, Bunado's Lechon has branched out to six more branches and has also added pork belly and roasted chicken neck to their products. Now, Bunado's Lechon is slowly fulfilling its dream of providing tasty and affordable viands to more Filipino dinning tables.
